She is the Head of Housing Strategy at ANZ leading the bank’s commitment to improving the availability of suitable and affordable housing options for all Australians and New Zealanders, including the supply of homes to buy, homes to rent, and access to safe accommodation. Caryn previously held the role of Executive Director, Housing at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) leading on Housing and Homelessness policy and programs; intergovernmental relations and cabinet coordination
