Lauren is a queer, Irish/Aboriginal winyarr from Yorta Yorta country. She is currently Associate Director of Strategy & Advocacy at Arts Centre Melbourne, Chair of Theatre Works, board member at PBS106.7FM, a member of City of Melbourne’s Night Time Economy Advisory Group, and perhaps most importantly, Head Coach of the Fitzroy Junior Football Club’s 2021 U9 team.

Previously, Lauren has worked in the Victorian Government, predominantly advising on Creative Industries and LGBTI Affairs.

Lauren is particularly interested in the role that public venues play in creating more inclusive and educated communities.
