Robina Crook

Robina is a Senior Associate at HASSELL with fifteen years experience working with local government, state government and private practice in Australia. Robina is active in the development industry – contributing through her work with the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA). Previously the Policy Convenor for WA and Vice President (PIA WA) she has been instrumental in many reviews of state and local planning policy and participation of reference committees. She has also been an enthusiastic member of the PIA Urban Design Committee. Robina is often invited to share her perspectives on urban strategies at national and international conferences. Robina’s design background, project management and enthusiasm is an asset to HASSELL and our collaborative approach to design. Robina has specialist skills in project and strategic planning, statutory planning, master planning and a high appreciation for good urban design outcomes.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
