Wei is a Principal at Hayball and has led a variety of high-profile projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Wei drives innovation through research-led design and one such project is the Jurong Lake District Masterplan, for which Wei (at SAA, Singapore) and KCAP were co-designer for the high-profile planning of Singapore’s second CBD. Wei has held design teaching positions at the University of Melbourne, University of Newcastle, Deakin University, RMIT, Monash University, and the University of Singapore, and recently served as a Jury for the Australian Institute of Architects International Chapter Architecture Award 2021.

Wei is committed to creating environments that contribute actively and positively to the built and natural environment, and to enriching the social fabric of peoples’ lives.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc.
