Shake your groove thing with this disco dancing workshop presented by the vibrant dance company Mixtape Fitness. Led by Melbourne’s spandex-loving dance teacher Annabella Dickson, Mixtape Discocize mixes cardio and toning rounds to make you burn baby burn! This class will have you breaking a feel-good sweat to a classic disco soundtrack under our very own shimmering disco-house—The Lightcatcher by MAP studio (Venice)

Bust out your flares, bright colours, booty shorts and all that glitters (or just your comfy activewear), bring your energy and we’ll supply the disco fever.

Open to all—no need to register!

In collaboration with

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
